Maikolo joins PHAMA Plus as the Monitoring, Results and Measurement Officer (MRMO) – Tonga and Samoa. Maikolo brings in extensive background in Tonga’s public sector having worked in the Ministry of Justice (Administration Division), the Prime Minister’s Office, Office of the Governor of Ha’apai, and Tonga’s Electoral Commission.

He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Studies and Bachelor of Arts in Law and Psychology from the University of the South Pacific.

As the MRMO, Maikolo will work with the Tonga and Samoa country teams, with guidance from the MRM Manager, to support sector strategy development, intervention planning and to track our progress and impact.
