Michelline Cruz
Michelline is responsible for implementation of monitoring and results measurement (MRM) and leading country level communication activities of PHAMA Plus Program in PNG. She has experience in all phases of program operations particularly in the development of community-based resource management plans as well as third-party certification schemes. Michelline previously worked as a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist for non-profit organizations in the health and fisheries sectors.
Michelline holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a major in Asia Pacific from the College of San Beda, Philippines and a Certificate of Global Project Management from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
