Call for Proposals: PROVISION OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES FOR AFRICAN SWINE FEVER BEHAVIOUR CHANGE COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN

DT Global Australia Pty Ltd is the managing contractor of the Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access Plus Program (PHAMA Plus) – an Australian and New Zealand Government funded aid program promoting primary industry exports from six Pacific countries (Fiji, PNG, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, and Vanuatu). 

Proposals are invited from organisations wishing to provide communication services for the next phase of the African Swine Fever (ASF) behaviour change communication (BCC) campaign in Papua New Guinea (PNG). The scope of work includes providing strategic advice and support, and cost effective and timely design of a range of BCC products using various types of media and channels for the National Agriculture and Quarantine Inspection Authority (NAQIA)-led long-term response to ASF in PNG.

The longer-term ASF behaviour change communication campaign is implemented across PNG using all relevant forms of media and available channels of communication. The specific services will be demand driven and required from July 2021 to June 2022.
