RFQ: PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR WEBSITE REFRESH AND HOSTING
The Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access (PHAMA) Plus program operates in 10 Pacific Island countries – Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Niue, PNG, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu. The program is funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT). The program is managed by DT Global Asia Pacific Pty Ltd.
The purpose of PHAMA Plus is to contribute to inclusive economic growth and improved rural livelihoods for Pacific peoples across 10 Pacific countries, while also developing and growing export opportunities for Pacific primary exports to Australia, New Zealand and other countries. The PHAMA Plus website was designed by Oceanic Communications Ltd and launched in late 2016. It was then refreshed in 2018 to make it more engaging, interactive and modern. The program entered a new phase in 2022 with changes across the program. The website now needs a refresh. It has had maintenance and functionality issues, is outdated and requires updating.
