Country Manager – Samoa
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified people for the role of Country Manager to join our PHAMA Plus team in Samoa. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Country Manager will lead and manage the Samoa team and portfolio of program interventions.
The role will work closely with private and public sector actors, to establish strategy, and implement flexible and effective support to achieve program outcomes. S/he will assist program partners to develop and apply business models that deliver profitability and sustainability, as well as improved gender and social inclusion outcomes. S/he will liaise with the Fiji-based Program Support Unit to coordinate the available technical support and mentoring services, as required and in a timely manner. The Country Manager will provide client and service focused, responsive services which achieve a high level of internal and external stakeholder and partner satisfaction.
