Human Resources Manager – Fiji

The HR Manager (HRM) will support the PHAMA Plus team in the recruitment, induction and support of long and short-term advisers and locally engaged staff, and in the development and management of Human Resources (HR) systems and records. The HRM is a service-focused role that will: support the PHAMA Plus team to develop Terms of Reference; develop and implement recruitment strategies that use networks, associations and institutions to identify and attract suitable candidates; conduct recruitment, contracting and induction processes with a strong focus on quality recruitment outcomes; coordinate payroll processes; and provide performance management and day-to-day HR management for advisers and locally engaged staff.
