The PHAMA Plus Industry Development Coordinator – Cook Islands will report to the Secretary for the MoA, and PHAMA Plus Project Manager for PACER Plus activities. The Industry Coordinator will also work with and receive strategic direction from the PACER Plus contact point for the Government of the Cook Islands, and the PHAMA Plus team and work closely with the Private Sector, and donor programs. This is a short-term locally engaged consultancy assignment that will provide a maximum of 15 days of inputs spread over from November 2021 to February 2022.
