Monitoring and Results Measurement Officer (MRMO) – Fiji & Small Island States
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified people for the role of Monitoring and Results Measurement Officer (MRMO) to join our PHAMA Plus team in Fiji and Small Island States.
Reporting to the MRM Manager and will be delegated to Country Manager in Fiji, the role will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering monitoring and results measurement (MRM) activities under the overall direction of the MRM Manager and in close technical collaboration with Country Managers, National Facilitators, Administration and Finance officers, and PHAMA Plus partners in his or her assigned countries.
The MRMO will ensure that the country-level MRM system is tracking intervention progress, detecting, and measuring systemic change, sector performance change and contribution to program outcomes using best practices in terms of attribution.
